David Lee got in the car yesterday and said out loud....."Mom, I need to talk to you alone later.....it's important! I said "Ok, David....we will talk as soon as we get home. (All the time I am thinking...oh great he forgot an assignmnet....he got in a fight......or in trouble) SHAME ON ME!!!!!
We got home and David Lee starting in with his mumbling...(he does this when he's nervous) Umm ohhh well...I finally said "David! Just tell me what's up so I can help!
TO my surprise he said "Mom, you know peyton(she's a girl --oh no!!!!!!!!!!!!!!) I said"Yes, son.
David Lee "Well she had a special Valentine at school today & she kept taking it out so I could see it but wouldn't tell me who it was for.
Me "Ok"
David Lee " When we went to lunch Mom I couldn't take it & went back to her desk to see who she was giving it too.
Me "aaaaannnndddd?"
David Lee "It was to me Mom! He smiled a big grin and said I know Mom we are not suppose to have a girlfriend till high school or college.
Me Ok, now I want to cry! Where did my Hanum bear go....here I was now raising a young man......I finally said to him" Do you like her?"
David Lee "I do Mom.....she is a good friend to me!" Can we go out and get Valentine's for school?
Me "Yep....we will go tomorrow David.
David Lee gave me a big hug & kiss!
Me "I love you son!
David Lee "I love you Mommy...your the best!

Today I went to pick up David from school & then had to go get Cierra right after from choir. David and Nathan started in immediately with each other. Something like this......

David Lee- That's my belt Nathan

Nathan- No,it's not its mine!

Nathan-MOM!!!!!

Mommy- Boys stop it.......

A few minutes later..........................

David says 3 times......Nathan Can I just see it?

I say "Nathan you can share,right?

Nathan takes the belt & throws it in the back seat.....Looks at David Lee & says with a smirk "FETCH"
WOW!!! WE have to work on manners!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Some of my many Blessings

I just wanted to take the time to reflect on the Blessings of my life! Here are four of them!
David, Cierra, David Lee & Nathan. It's so easy to get caught up in the daily grind of life....I KNOW! But today,I want to say Thank you to my family for all the smiles, love, laughs and happiness they bring to my life! I love you all more then life itself.
To all who are reading this....................Thank you for being apart of our life. We love you all very much and are blessed to have you!

Nathan's other brother

This picture was taken on Chistmas eve. It is Nathan(4) and Gabe(10).

Nathan loves Gabe! He asks for Gabe to come over and play every day. If Cierra & David get to have a friend over for a day Nathan always pipes in that he wants to have Gabe over as his friend.

Gabe plays with Nathan, always includes him & is very patient. On Christmas Gabe took it upon himself to find,clean & piece together all the parts to all of his old power rangers and gave them all to Nathan:) Isn't that what it's all about anyhow?

Cierra's Beautiful Smile!

Yep! Cierra got her braces off today!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

She was greeted with balloons & a sign with all the kids names that were getting thir braces off today. She is one BEAUTIFUL girl! We are sooo proud of her & love that SMILE!!!!! :)
